Synergy's Komalas

Our Indian friends are really clever with the use of their spices, and today we acknowledge their expertise.
It was the first time for many in our consortium to try some delicious idly, vadai and laddoo🌹

Food Review:

The warm idly came out with several other dishes that we ordered.
The first bite was soft and spongy and we found it easy to swallow. (esp since we have poor shahidah who just had a tooth surgery 😔)

The idly came with 2 dipping sauces - a slightly spicy red sauce and sourish white coconut sauce.
As the rice cake is slightly sour, the sauces balanced it out nicely. We enjoyed our shared meal very much!
